Anxiety Ridden Definition
Am I getting anxiety attacks?

Its been 4 times i feel like my heart is gonna come out from pounding so hard. I feel a lot of pressure on my chest and it’s very difficult to take deep breaths.

It happened to me twice when i was pregnant with my daughter and it lasted a whole hour. Ever since then it has happened to me twice. Once it happened going home from riding roller coasters all day.

Today i got another one after seeing those huge American cockroaches… i saw it jumped up and then i felt really dizzy and it was difficult to breathe. My doctor says they’re anxiety attacks but i looked up the definition for anxiety attacks and i don’t think it matches.

Has anybody experienced the same thing as me or something similar?

It could be an anxiety attack, but most anxiety attacks have specific triggers. You said it happened twice when you were pregnant. What were you doing when it happened? Also exactly what were you doing when going home from riding the roller coasters. Seeing the cockroaches could be a specific trigger in itself but did you see roaches when you were pregnant or after riding the roller coasters. To get to the root of the problem you will have to identify the specific thing or event that’s triggering the anxiety attacks. If there isn’t anything specific their maybe another problem. Try altering you diet and see if that helps. Cut out sugar and caffeine and increase foods enrich in vitamin B12. I hope this helps.
