Anxiety Sacramento

Do you ever get the feeling that something just isn’t right?
It’s hard to explain.
But I look at a certain situation in my life, and I get that feeling.

The best way I can describe it is like one of those quiz shows.
If they were to ask you “What is the capital of California?” and you answer “San Fransisco,” you would be wrong. The buzzer would sound loud and clear “eeerrrrp!”
It’s not that you COULD say Sacramento.
It’s not that you WOULD say Sacramento.
It’s that you *SHOULD* have said it. There’s a way is SHOULD be, and San Fransisco isn’t it.
There are no questions- No ifs, ands, or buts. You are wrong.

Maybe I’m just biased on the whole situation. But I get this feeling in the pit of my stomach. It’s anxiety mixed with sadness, and something else, I just do not now what.
Am I crazy? Am I just melodramatic.
Or is there some truth to this all?
If so, I don’t know HOW to go about making it the way it should be, I guess I just must wait.
You are not crazy. Trust me. You can’t be, because that would mean I am to. Everyone has these feelings at some point or another.
They are “gut instincts” and they help us live the best lives. Call them what you want, “words from God,” “gut instincts,” or even “cookies coming out of the jar.”
But, you have these feelings for a reason. You may find that you’re feelings were correct and you should have listened to them. They are there to protect you and sometimes you don’t realize that until AFTER the fact.
What you should do is listen to them. And more than that, focus on positive things. Laugh more. Smile more. Enjoy yourself more. How? Give yourself words of encouragement. Tell yourself you’re amazing and I guarantee when you look in the mirror you will see an amazing person. (Because I’ll be standing there too! Lol, I’m kidding.)
Be happy. Because you have an amazing life!
