Anxiety Stomach Knot
I have really bad anxiety?

I have really bad anxiety… If I go anywhere by myself… I get this knot in my stomach and feel as if I have to hurry up and get the stuff I need and get out… any suggestions on how to lower anxiety???

Yes. I had the same thing brought on by stress which lowered my immune system. Here is the best thing you can do.
Get this book. It teaches you what to say to yourself so that you can counter the thoughts that are running through your head (subconciously) that are causing you fear when you go out. You don’t need medication, just to arm yourself with logical counter thoughts and positive affirmations. The book will help you. After a year of finally helping myself recover from anxiety, I decided on the book and cognitive-behaviors l counseling. I told the counselor that I have been using this amazing book and it’s helping and she said, “thats the book I tell my patients to get!” If you feel like you need more than the book, try cognitive behavioral therapy. This is not psychotherapy. Studies show that only CBT works to reduce and eliminate anxiety. However, it’s very expensive so try self-therapy with this book first. I’m telling you, if you put it into practice, it will work for you.
