Anxiety Stomach Pain
anxiety – stomach pains – over counter medications?
hello.
i suffer from pretty sever anxiety – it’s in the stomach and the cramps are very pain full and leads to vomiting etc.
i think it might be spasming – ie the pain will get worse and worse until im forced to vomit pain completely goes then it will slowly start up and the process repeats itself.
is there any over the counter medication to help with this? anyone know any specifics i should look out for?
