Anxiety Strategies Autism
Help with how to control anxiety and being nervous ?

all my life i have been diagnosed with autism. So small , so i can speak /talk properly im not mentally disabled or physically . But my only problem is socializing and being confident in myself. As i have become older in age i have found strategies to cope with my feelings and all my problems , yet such small things worry the heck out of me. Today i have got to go to a friends birthday part celebration. everyone there i know , so thats not a problem , but the problem is im so so so nervous about just going. what if his parents don’t like me , think im an idiot , or make fun of me ? What if i show myself up ? all this is bothering me , so how do i get rid of this anxious feeling and just enjoy myself ? any strategies like breathing , relaxation , anything ?

Inferiority complex is a brick wall you yourself have to break it. The people outside has never promised to hurt and harm you as a person. Show them you have that special charms that can impressed them. Everybody is not born to be naturally acceptable in nature. We just have to proof it to them with your own natural way as a person you really are. Everybody have their own disability and they should accept others as well, You should show them the best out of you and they will enjoy it. You have that ability. I saw it by the way you expressed yourself. Congratulation!!!
