Anxiety Stress Depression Symptoms
Stress anxiety and Depression! Help me please!?

I am a 27 unisured female! first off for the past week i have been experiencing from what i have been told is psychogenic pain, everything from chest tightness to a lump in the back of my throat that will not go away. I have also been experiencing loss of appetite and havent had a bowel movement in 4 days? I have been to the doctor and told me it was all psychogenic? Are these symptoms all made up in my head because i have a fear of being sick? I need to put my mind at ease. Some help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

you are ill because of stress. calm down. be cool. go to a beach or a sanitorium and enjoy fresh oxygen. get up early morning and do yoga exercies. breathe in, breathe out. breathe in, breathe out.you will feel calm.for bowel movement, there must be a problem in digestion. go to a chemist and ask him to give you a medicine for faster excretion.or try taking flax seeds.they make lactation.psychogenic is nothing but only stress and anxiety as you mentioned. go to a weekend or holiday for some days. just reove your stress. it will all be allright. if you are feeling pain in certain part of the body , lie down and just sleep quietly. or perhaps read a fshion magazine. didn’t the doctor give you medicines? go to him and ask for medicines for psychogenic pain. ask him for its cure. otherwise yoga always works. don’t let this stress come up to your whole body.
i hope yu got something from my lecture!
take care sweetie. bye.
