Anxiety Suddenly Gone
How do i make this anxiety problem go away?

I get this ALOT. My heart starts beating fast, my breathings shallow, i fidget alot, my stomach hurts, like butterflys and i get really panicky and anxious, over alot of different situations,and sometimes there isn’t even a situation, it just suddenly happens. I think it’s because of some personal things going on in my life, but how do i make this stop without telling anybody? Or medication…any ideas?

You can stop the anxiety by facing the unconscious conflicts that you have.

Some techniques that you might use are:

* Talking with a supportive person

* Meditation

* Watching TV

* Taking a long, warm bath

* Resting in a dark room

* Deep-breathing exercises

* Picturing yourself successfully facing and conquering the specific fear

Relaxation techniques, including massage therapy, writing in a journal or hypnosis may be helpful.

There are many natural herbs that have calming effects, such as Valerian root, chamomile, B-complex, 5HTP, and Rhodiola rosea.

Therapeutic grade essential oils, such as lavender and chamomile, act on the parasympathetic nervous system. The fragrance of an essential oil can be calming and sedating, helping to overcome anxiety or hyperactivity. You can find more information about this in Carolyn Mein’s book entitled, “Releasing Emotional Patterns using Essential Oils.”

Be kind to yourself through positive self talk. You can do it.

All the best. Good luck.
