Anxiety Swallowing

How do I control my anxiety?
I don’t know if it’s bordom or anxiety.. ?
whenever I’m in class I became very aware of my swallowing and breathing, and sometimes even my blinking. It’s driving me nuts! it sometimes becomes a “consious” act. How do I not think about these things?? It makes me feel self consious..when acutally i’m a fairly confident person. i don’t really tell anyone becuase I find it really embarrising

I don’t think anyone else notices it that much..but it’s harder for me to focus.
Try to focus on what is going on in class. Do not let your mind wonder. That is when you will tend to go back to the anxiety that you describe. I know it can be frustrating and difficult to deal with at times, but, the thing to do is to keep control over your thoughts and keep your thoughts positive. Good luck to you!
