Anxiety when using computers.?

After using my desk top p.c., I seem to feel very anxious and seem to have depressive thoughts and feelings, I might add this is not through fear of technology or being unable to operate a computer. These feelings dissapear after several hours or when I do exercise. Does anyone else suffer this condition and if so how did they overcome it ?

Having been an I.T. Trainer and now retrained in holistic therapy, what you are describing is a reaction to the ‘vibes’ of the computer (without getting too technical!). Basically, its a very common complaint which most people think is “just them”, but it can be conventionally overcome by taking regular breaks from the pc, placing the actual pc tower as far away as poss and making your surroundings as calming as possible too. Some people find that is is aggrevated by not having the correct prescription glasses too).
There is a theory that certain crystals (as in Quartz etc) resonate and combat the bad vibes coming from the pc, there must be something in it as Nasa sends there Astronauts up into space with Quartz! (After 15 years research they found that the Quartz vibrated at the exact rate of the earth and stopped the astronauts from suffering the mental problems they previously had on long missions). I have personally found that having an Amethyst geode on my desk (which is supposed to absorb the bad vibes and block them) does work for me. The metaphysical explanation as to why you feel so bad from these vibes is because it ‘shakes’ your aura, which acts like your ozone layer.
