Anxiety or bug in ear?
I suffer from anxiety and I now feel dizzy from thinking of a bug in my ear as I saw one flying around and I walked away thinking if it went in my ear. I didn’t hear any noise or feel anything but I got myself so fightened with my heart, high temperature and everything. Would I know if there was a bug in my ear? I didn’t feel anything move in there.
Is the dizziness from anxiety?
You would definitely feel it if you had a bug in your ear. The dizziness will most definitely be caused by anxiety. I get dizzy as well whenever I’m anxious.
