I have anxiety =/ can u help ?….plz?

Well im just about recoverd from the flu and sense i had it i been having anxiety. My anxiety comes when i have alot on my mind or when i been streesed out latley and i had it for 4 years now and im on 15. My anxiety is bad. I start feel spaced out and clue less like i dont know whats going on in the world ( i hate feeling this way) When im depressed, i start getting anxiety and i start thinking about suicied ( it’s scary)
