Anxiety Thinking Errors

I need someone to tell me if i am going crazy or do i really need to be concerned.?
I had Unprotected sex 7 years ago, i have not had anything else since. I am friends with the ex girlfiend and she assures me she has nothing to be concerned about. i had an HIV test one year ago after 3 years of Anxiety about it. It came up as non reaction after 6 years.I still keep thinking about it every minute of every day. maybe there was an error or i dont know. i am really afraid of Doctors and have severe anxiety about health. Recnetly its getting worse i am urinating for frequently, have IBS and GERD. i dont konw what to do i am in fear. What should i do, and what are the chances that my fear is actual or am i being paranoid and need help. What kind of help.
