shooting pain in my lower neck and head, now my blood pressure has been high for 2+ weeks, any ideas?

I had weird sensation in the back of my neck, and lower head. Followed by shaking of my hands, its not anxiety, or a panic attack, it was random. Now my blood pressure has gone up, and has been high for over 2 weeks. At certain times in the day I feel weird, or like foggy in the head. Does anyone have any idea what these symptoms could be. Heart beat increases, tingling in toes and fingers, pains in neck, etc. HELP thanks
