Itching skin, rashes, painful dagger sticks randomly, seriously scared and wants help?

I’ve been light headed for a long time, and I have SEVERE anxiety… depression and multiple symptoms that go and fade and come again (for about a year) ever since I surived alcohol poisoning… Recently i’ve had dagger like, aggrivating points in my body that itch and feel odd as if going numb, tingling in my stomach hairs and abdomon.. in my scalp and I itch all over… what could this be? Should I go see a doctor? Even my face gets it, I don’t know if it will calm down enough for me to rest… I hope it’s not that skin disease that’s killing alot of people. PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like it might be shingles, a very painful condition. See a doctor.
