Anxiety Treatment Without Drugs

How do I recover from improper pranayama?
I stopped it 2 months ago but I still have breathing problems, chest pain and anxiety. I have permanent chest pains, reduced but not “defeated” by a drug my GP prescribed for tachicardia. I also have a small fever every day, but the shaking stops and my temperature drops back if I get under a blanket and try to relax. And I can’t seem to stop monitoring my breath, which is extremely tiring…
I am now treated for a severe astenia,(fatigue, weakened liver, lacks of minerals), my lungs are officialy fine but I breath ALL THE TIME like someone with panic attacks.
I had an incompetent master, a boyfriend who taught me pranayama without preparatory stages. Even if I broke up with him, I continued pranayama a few times a month, straining myself, not being able to clear my mind properly… I stopped when I found out it was dangerous like this. Besides my medical treatment, given by my GP, are there remedies to help me recover faster?
You ought to look at the prohibitions and precuations on here :- http://www.yogaatwork.co.uk/pranayama.htm
I also think you ought to go back to your GP and further discuss your problems with him/her – there might be a medication, perhaps temporary, that will help you more.
