Anxiety Unable To Sleep

ANyone had success with 5-HTP for sleep disoders, anxiety and panic? I have been unable to sleep well for?
the past few months, and it leads me to experience extreme sensitivity to bodily aches which leads to panic and anxiety. I took some today and felt a littel more relaxed, but when it wears off I am still upset. Does it take a while to up your levels of seratonin?
Might I suggest you start a regular exercise routine. I tell you what might really help. I did this when I was doing the P90X. I’ve discovered that doing yoga helps me to fall asleep better for some reason. It burns off all that excess energy I have in my body.
