anxiety symptoms of weakness.?

Hi.. I’m curious to ask someone who have/has anxiety or panic attacks before if the feeling of weakness is normal.? like out of no where you feel your body lil nervous or knees weak.. sometimes like if your walking on the air. sometimes unreality
I was taking lorazepam for a week only but not anymore a doctor told ke that i can get addicted to it. But like this is my second time in a month I feel this like all weak mostlymy legs/knees and like if am walking on the air like unreality so wanted to know if is normal and if it’s something I have worried about.

These are normal symptoms of anxiety.

Sidebar: I have been on Lorazepam for a year now, my doctor lets me take up to 1mg a day. But, abusing it leads to trouble. I only use it for emergencies.
