Anxiety Upon Waking
Are there different kinds of sleep paralysis?

Every once in a while I wake up and I can’t move.

Upon doing my homework (I.E, Google) they said it’s sleep paralysis.

However, I don’t have pressure on my chest or anxiety, hallucinations ect…

I just literally can’t move for a good 2-3 minutes when I first wake up in bed. I can hear my fiance talking to me, and I’ll try to respond but I can’t till a couple of minutes later.

Just wondering. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope. Some people have hallucinations and some don’t. Your lucky because I hear they can be really scary. Don’t worry though. Sleep paralysis is completely harmless.

chronic fatigue waking nightmares/anxiety etc…
