Anxiety Valium
I take half of 10 valium for anxiety it totally knocks me out for hours. Is there something I can eat or drink

to give me some energy?

There are plenty of other anti-anxiety meds out there besides Valium. You may get better results from those. There are many short term meds that work the same as Valium such as Xanax or Ativan but these (including Valium) shouldn’t be used all the time. You may want to see a doctor to give you something else that you can use in long term to fix this problem without the harsh drowsy feeling you are feeling. They dont work instantly but do work in time. You would just have to be patient. Valium, Ativan and xanax are just short term fixes. If you need some names of meds just let me know. I could help you with ideas to give to your doctor and good luck. Majority of people in this world suffer from the same thing you are experiencing, you are not alone.
