Anxiety Vs Fear

SUBWOOFER in my car Vs my anxiety?
OKay i know this is so weird,,,
i am a kinda socially anxious person, and i do have 2000 watt loud subwoofer in my trunk, that i drive around with…
I always think that everyone is looking @ me because of my loud music, and this makes me very anxious (i hate the feeling).. specially, when i stop at the red light, i can’t wait till the light turns green, so i can get away from the people in other cars that i think are judjing me because of my loud music…
At the same time i dont want to turn it down because i don want my anxiety of people judging me to win over my desire for loud music…i feel like i should confront the feeling, i don want to stop playing my music loud because of fear…
Plus i am pretty sure that i will find another reason to be anxious about if i sell my subwoofer.. Like “people looking at my car and judging me, or people looking at me riding lonely and quietly”… this is so weird..
what should i do?
anybody has any weird feelings like me?
Well that’s what you deserve for being annoying.
