Waking up to anxiety/panic attacks?
I have this happen twice a month. It got so bad last night I called 911. I felt I was going to pass out while my 18 month old baby was sleeping. My blood pressure was high too 150/100. Anyone else have these or have any advice.
This is nothing serious. It’s awesome you recognize it’s anxiety attacks.
Just go to a psychiatrist and depending on the severity and the time elapsed between attacks, he’ll prescribe something to help.
I’d try to NOT be on Benzodiazepines first off though, because I have Panic Disorder, and Benzos have saved my life. But unfortunately, they rule it, too. I am so physically dependent on them. And it sucks.
