My stomach growls all the time, even when I’m not hungry?

It’s very embarrassing and I’m starting college tomorrow. The only thing I’m worried about is if my stomach growls in class. It usually growls all the time, even after I’ve eaten. It’s just something I get EXTREMELY embarrassed about, even though I know it is normal. I do have GERD and I’m pretty irregular because I also have eosinophilic esophagitis, which makes it harder to eat. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make it growl quieter or not growl at all that would be great! I do have anxiety and get panic attacks also, so please give me some help on what to do!

Often we have added food that is not being digested. An example is gum. The sugar alcohols in chewing gum cannot be digested and they interupt the normal microorganisms in the lower intestine. So try removing all but a few natural foods, then re-introduce your normal diet one at a time.
