Anxiety When Talking To People

Social Anxiety- do people think I’m rude?
I have social anxiety, so generally when I talk to people i’m looking at my shoes, or I stutter and blush a lot. a lot of times i forget to say thank you or i get nervous and instead just say “okay.” or something. also even if i do say thank you sometimes people don’t even hear me. do people usually get the gist that i’m..shy? or would they think of me as rude? what should i do next time to seem more polite? thanks.
I suffer from S.A.D. too and yes, people will think you’re rude because they simply don’t understand. Don’t let it worry you though. Do the best you can, tell those who you want to know that you suffer from it and try to help them understand what you’re going through.
