Anxiety When Waking Up

Why is it when I wake up I feel much more relaxed but in the end of the day I feel really tense and anxious?
Why is it when I wake up I feel much more relaxed but in the end of the day I feel really tense and anxious? I have social anxiety and I get panic attacks everytime when I am in social situations.It made my life miseralbe I hadnt made any new friends in like 3 years. I used to be such outgoing and fun having guy, I was a live of the party. Now I can’t even talk to anyone on the phone I get so nervous and panicky,go to the store,I can barely go to gas station and give money to the cashier. I am 20 and I stay home much of the time now,which makes me really depressed. But I found something out that when I wake up I am much more relaxed and less anxious than at the end of the day. But through out the day my body gets more anxious and tense,I can barely concentrate at the end of the day and I have very sensitive eyes. Is there any way to keep my self relaxed through out the day.
depression and anxiety go hand in hand, fueling each other. Anxiety is very f cking stressful, stress can cause tension. Get a good psychiatrist, you need meds, I take medicine for both. What happened three years ago? What happened three years ago? What changed, what was going on then?
