Anxiety or withdrawal?

I was put on Lexapro 10 mg about 2 months ago and my doctor also gave me two months worth of Klonopin with it. I am weaning off the klonopin but have been very anxious (almost like the Lexapro isn’t there) — my doctor’s advice, just start taking 20 mg of Lexapro. I don’t want to do that if this if the anxiety is just coming from me getting off the Klonopin.
What do you guys think?

I would trust your doctor. It’s possible that it could be anxiety from coming off the Klonopin but the Lexapro can still help. If you don’t want to increase your meds you can try to find other ways to combat the anxiety. (and yes I know this can be easier said than done)
