i wake up every morning extremely nauseous and suffer from anxiety?

I am 18 years old and for the last year and a half I have woken up every morning feeling extremely sick. In the beginning i would wake up and be so sick I could not go anywhere or do anything. I would spend hours vomitting. I also have had really bad anxiety my entire life. I am now on anti depressants and do not feel the need to vomit any more. I still have the feeling sick in the morning to a degree. I have been to plenty of doctors to see if they were able to figure out what makes me feel so sick when I first wake up. So far I haven’t gotten any answers. Is there anyone out there going through the same thing I am going through? I need help I can’t go through this my whole life. I’m miserable.
i am currently on paxil and have been on it for about 7 months

I also wake up extremley anxious first thing in the morning ,I have not been able to find any reason for this and definitley no cure ,possible reasons are low blood sugar after 8 hours without food ,homonal imbalance or depression .I think the low blood sugar is most likley ,try to eat some protein last thing of an evening and reduce carbs after lunch.
