Any easier way to stalk hunt with a bow?

It’s not as much of a fear of heights thing as it is a worry of part of my climbing tree stand coming out or something going wrong while I’m 20 feet off the ground. It seems like it slips a lot and makes it feel not safe at all. And, yes I do wear a safety harness.
Also can anyone tell me if ground blinds will work if you set them up the same day you plan on hunting them?
