Therapy would be your best option. Some insurance providers will cover visits as well.

How do you know you have these conditions? Have you spoken with a psychiatrist and or psychologist? Most of the time you will be put on medication if it is felt it will help the anxiety, which in most cases, combined with therapy, it does.

Remember that some forms of anxiety stem from chemical imbalances in the brain and therefore medication may sometimes be required for a “good” recovery.

breathing exercises, deep breath in and out when you feel an attack coming on. also lavender on your pillow when you go to bed at night

Use Meditation instead of Medication. There’s tons of good books out there that will explain it..

Hi there, Absolutely there is a cure for anxiety and it’s easier to cure than any other symptom. What you have there isn’t a big problem and shouldn’t even be called a disorder. I had anxiety all my life and worsened in adolecense to the point where I was diagnosed with extreme depression and anxiety. I tried everything but nothing actually resolved the anxiety at the root. I would say use the Release Technique or the Sedona Method which are two self-help programs that teach you how to release bottled emotoins from your energy system such as depression, anxiety, sadness etc. 99% of people have a large build up of suppressed emotions in them and when they are released, you feel super light, happy and excited all the time just like you did as a kid. Not like that’s already good enough, your body becomes super healthy as well. You can feel the positive vibrations radiating through your skin. I’m a patient of Negative Emotoinal Release Treatment which is the same as these programs so I’m talking from first hand experience.

    Feel free to contact me

    Take care,

    Warren
