Was this an asthma or anxiety attack?

I was sleeping the other night and I woke up and it felt like something was pushing me down onto the bed with a very strong force. I could hear a loud whoosing noise in my ear. It’s really hard to explain. I got really dizzy and everything was spinning. It was hard to breath and my throat got really tight.
I have had asthma for maybe 6 years now (i’m 14) and i also have Growth Hormone Deficiency. I don’t think the Growth Hormone Deficiency has anything to do with it though.

It sounds like you had a panick attack while sleeping. Sleep paralyzes is what they call it also. Try sleeping on your side, make sure you do not roll over on your back, try that for awhile see if you have anymore problems. If you do, you might need to be on a low dose of anxiety medication
