Bad Anxiety In The Morning
Panic Attacks Young Sexy Wife?

I have been getting bad panic attacks, fast pulse rate in the mornings, bad anxiety through day, not sleeping good, lots of worry, stress, financial issues.

I have been drinking alcohol off and on for the last 9 months, decided to quit a week ago, after effects to much.

What can I do for my anxiety and worry, this seems to be causing panic attacks?

I would like to get this issue under control without drugs?

The first thing you have to do is stop dwelling on the things that are bad in your life. Make a list of the good things. If you can’t think of any, ask someone close to you to tell you what they think are some. Some times we can’t see the good things in our life for the bad, and it takes someone else to enlighten us. I don’t know how much you know about Christ, but He has worked wonders in my life.
