Rearranged the furniture in my room getting anxiety?

14 almost 15 years old… Severe anxiety. I’m taking meds alreadyso dont suggest it. My dad rearranged the furniture in my bedroom. It looks 100% better but having everythingg different particulary where the tv was moved is giving me anxiety. I feel like I am going to die in this room now bc of the set up. I know it’s stupid and makes no sense and I want to leve my room the way it is. How can I not be scared of this change?

Tell yourself it’s fine. Nothing was taken away. Everything is still there, just a little different. You can still do the same things in your room, and it’s still YOUR room.Tell yourself it’s better this way (for whatever reason, maybe space) until you start to feel fine with it. You could just feel this way now, and be fine tomorrow, so give it time.
