Bloating Anxiety
Does anyone suffer from anxiety and have chronic stomach/abdominal issues?
I have suffered for years with chronic stomach/abdominal issues–bloating, spasms, gurgling, stiches, poor digestion. i have had every test under the sun and all came out fine. recently i have been diagnosed with anxiety and think that the anxiety is the reason for my abdominal discomfort. Anyway have the same story? What did you do? Do you take med?
I think the two go hand in hand! I was having all kinds of anxiety and panic attacks as well as stomach problems. (above the belly button.)
After a lot of experimenting. I’m now on 150mgs of Zantac twice a day for the stomach and KLONOPIN for the anxiety. (MIRACLE DRUG.) 2mgs 3 times a day. I’ve been on that dose for 10 years, and I haven’t had to go up.
