Boyle Continues to Recovery After Anxiety Attack

Susan Boyle continues to recover at a London hospital after having an anxiety attack. Boyle finished second in the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ show. It’s unclear if she’ll be able to take part in a worldwide tour promoting the show. (June 3)

    I agree with TheSadie2 – the winning or losing is far less important than managing her mental health through the shock of the public eye – which is more severe now than ever in history.

    I think the lady should be given a break. I’m also a psychologist and I think the man quoted should step back and assess if he could have dealt with the stress. Not every reaction is pathological under severe circumstances. Let the lady sing for the rest of the world. We love her in the US. She has become a symbol of hope!

    I think it might be, this whole thing has been rigged from the start. Of course they knew Susan Boyle would be a star, they planned on that. Then she had a little trouble being caught cussing at a bar or something, so they needed to repair that. Of course making her win wouldn’t help that, they wanted her to be the victim and be an underdog again, and it’s working, the bastards.

    I think the right choice was made as far as a winner goes as this woman clearly can not handle the pressure that goes along with being a famous musician/artist. I wish her well.
