Can Anxiety Cause Chest Pain
Can suppressing anxieties cause severe chest aches and pains?

Or I’m having a heart attack!….. HELP

Chest pain, or discomfort, is usually related to an anxiety disorder, panic attacks, or tension. After ruling out a heart attack, most cases usually turn out to be caused by an anxiety disorder, muscle pain, indigestion, and sometimes nerve pain.

When it has been determined to be anxiety related, and you are anxious, the constant tension and tightness associated with the other physical symptoms of anxiety will intensify these sharp chest pains.
