Is my Mum’s spot rash caused by stress?

My parent’s especially my Mum have been under alot of stress the past few weeks cos of financial problem’s and on top of that my Mum had a cold which is clearing now.
But yesterday she started getting small itchy spots on her neck (bit like heat bumps) and the area was red and started bleeding with the itching, today it’s got a bit worse and now she’s itching on her head so her scalp is red in place’s aswell, now the spot’s have appeared on her back, but they do calm down for a few hour’s and then start itching again.
At first i thought it was her lymph node’s but it now look’s like a rash which is really itchy and obviously annoying. And today she’s been very stressed almost to the point of crying.
She’s 47.
I get something simular on my leg’s and arm’s by my hot flushe’s i get with Anxiety.
Can stress cause this kinda rash?
It look’s nothing like hive’s which i know can, it’s just one of them skin coloured spot rashe’s.

i got loads of spots and rashes from stress
if shes worried or in a bad time than yes its from stress
i cried every night and as well i had to go to the doctors every week
i was so upset
my parents had to pull me out of that school to be home-schooled
