Can you stop having panic attacks without drugs ?

Also exposure and relaxation exercises.

Used to have panic attacks all the time.

Crowds made my head spin .

    Of course you can you need to be strong but I won’t take pills for my occasional bouts.
    Usually I get it driving and its in remission right now so I function well. When you feel your heart pounding squeeze the thigh muscle of one leg tightly.. then relax and squeeze the other.. you will draw the adrenlin away from your heart which is causing it to pound giving you that “fight or flee” reaction or dizziness.
    You can do it without drugs I highly recommend you do so.. dependence on pills is just not the way to go!

    The disorder you describe sound like agoraphobia. Systematic Desensitisation under hypnosis is one of the most powerful tools.

    Other tools = TFT – EFT and NLP.

    TFT is very easy to self administer
