I have a problem with driving distances away from home on my own. My mother says that now my sister has twins I will need to help out with picking up my nephew from school. I am terrified to do this and don&#8217;t know how to get out of it, plus I live 20 minutes drive away. Do you think I should have to do this? I am ashamed to admit my problem as the more I admit it the more I label myself>

<p>Your sisters children are her responsibilty. She chose to have them, not you. Dont let anyone bully you into something you cannot handle. Even if you didnt have anxiety this is not your problem.</p>

I don&#8217;t know what happened here. But this happened on my Air Canada plane ride to London, England in December 6th, 2007 from Toronto. At 3:15 sec he says &#8220;f&#8217;in white people&#8221;. I personally believe that another passenger somehow provoked or encouraged this persons paranoid behaviour. What is important is that everybody arrived safely. I think it&#8217;s a very fascinating phenomenon. My partner and I decided we should videotape this in the interest of sharing the experience we went through on this plane with those interested. NEW (My Partner has requested that I add this info that she has written) &#8211; Dec 17, 2007: &#8220;I&#8217;ve been wanting to avoid making a post about this video, but feel I had to after all the false presumptions I&#8217;m reading. I am the &#8220;partner&#8221; of 2003Tiburon. Clarification #1 He&#8217;s a man, and I&#8217;m a woman #2 We kept filming this because we were concerned for the man re: recent Vancouver airport incident #3 He is not a prisoner being deported. Where he is in the video isn&#8217;t his original seat. He was brought to the middle aisle so that he could be better restrained by the man sitting on each side of him. Several plastic cuffs were brought out by the flight attendants almost as soon as the man started yelling #4 Yes it was scary at times, but the crew and a couple of fellow passengers did an excellent job and I commend <b>&#8230;</b><br /></p>

<p>Thing is EVERY doc has effectively made me petrified about trying meds saying things like it increases suicide tendencies, which i have just now. Also, I have been told about the addictiveness of these drugs and how they can destroy your life. </p>
<p>I need honest advice from people on med for this same thing, I dont want statistics , I dont want to be told about pharmaceuticals , or technical jargon , my friend is on prozac and now shes 100per cent worse , i dont want to go that way but i cant stay this ill forever either.

<p>Unfortunately you have no included your age. The most useful medication as a temporary way to reduce symptoms are the SSRI or SNRI groups. However there are concerns about their use in the young. Because of this they can ONLY be initiated by  and monitored under specialist supervision, and then it MUST be accompanied by concurrent psychological therapy. Your GP cannot thus prescribe this therapy, he may however refer you to a specialist for it to be considered.</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t listen to rap music, but I think you&#8217;ve got potential.<br />
Your lyrics are pretty good, the verses are well structured. </p>
<p>If you want to make it &#8216;big time&#8217; I suggest you just believe in yourself and stay true to your lyrics, that&#8217;s essential for any genuine musician of any genre. Just be real &#8216;speak your mind&#8217; as they say, I think also may be your subject matter is personal on some level but you can take it further as that&#8217;s what makes a powerful lyrical song. Put all your mind body and soul into it, however cliche that may sound it&#8217;s true, that&#8217;s how you get results.  </p>
