I have trouble getting “in the mood” due to medications I’m on what can I do to help?

I feel attracted to the guy there is no denying that, but it takes me forever to get “in the mood” or turned on for that matter, I know it’s due to my anti-anxiety and anti-depression medications but what cat I do to maybe help put me in the mood faster or maybe pre-prep if there is a potential for sexual activity so it won’t take as long?

Talk to your psychiatrist who prescribes your medication. Just to let you know, a psychiatrist should not judge you if you tell him/her that you’re sexually active, and will help you find a solution.
