Causes Of Panic Disorder

Why does my Panic Disorder cause my eating disorder?
What I’m talking about is, when I started having panic attacks and learning what caused them i found one problem was what i was eating. I was fine at first eating well but all of a sudden i’ve become a food lable freak and starting to stay away from so many foods and now I’ll only eat what basically a baby eats and its causeing me pain and making me suffer I wanna eat again but everytime I do to even have a sandwich I have a panic attack cause I think this is gonna cause one. I miss food. Any advice on what I should do?
This sounds serious if your panic attacks are cyclically causing more panic attacks and your diet is being effected you should seek medical help. I don’t really believe in taking “medication” but anti-anxiety pills can help with that kinda thing. What is important is your overall health so please go see a doctor and a psychiatrist (not trying to insult you, you should see a psychiatrist before starting any kind of mind altering medication) right away so you can start eating again. normally.
