@KittyCalen These thoughts are so, so common Kitty. In fact, I had them too when I was anxious. BUT, your body isn’t trying to KILL you… it’s in self defense mode, so it’s actually keeping you safe… despite the horrible feelings and thoughts, you are in good shape!! Address the core anxiety Kitty… not the symptoms. Charles

@cadepSsiR it might be related to the chest pain keeping you awake, but it’s more likely that your high anxiety is causing the insomnia. FOLKS – ADDRESS THE CORE ANXIETY… NOT THE SYMPTOMS.

@ahighnoonduo very typical! I had this too when I suffered. You have to understand how compression of the thoracic cavity due to postural issues, effects everything in the chest… digestions, circulation, respiration… not to mention the muscular and skeletal structures… it’s no wonder you ache!!

@David8343 Yes, that sounds typical of typical high anxiety, non specific, chest pain… the symptom gives rise to higher anxiety and the anxious cycle starts! Charles

@xxoriusxx Let me tell you this… out of over 130,000 clients, VERY few haven’t had chest pain… it’s one of those more common symptoms associated directly to the anxiety response, breathing, muscle tension, blood flow and digestive tract efficiency during the anxiety response. Charles

I have pain in my sternum and in my sides occasionally. Happens mostly when I get little sleep and hunch over a computer.

i’m have a sleeping problem, is that the coz of my chest pain?

Thank you so much. I often experience anxiety before I go to bed which keeps me up at night because of the chest pains and my heart beating so quickly. It makes me think that I’m going to die so it’s hard to relax and go to sleep.
