Looking for a social anxiety support group not too far away?
I have had social anxiety since my childhood and am using a workbook for help using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. But I think it would help if I could go to a local support group but am having difficulty in finding one that isn’t too far away.
I am in the nort west of England. Not far from Wigan and preston ? bolton.
Any help would be appreciated.
I know of a group that you could connect with over the net.
