stress anxiety disorder common in women?

what is the name of the common stress/anxiety disorder normally found in women but seldom found in men. this disorder is somewhat hereditary and triggered by a very stressful occourence in someones lifetime. i was told it is called A.A. i tried to google it but only alcoholics annonymous came up… please help i need to know thanks. p.s. it is not post traumatic stress disorder.

The only one I know, specific to women, is called Postpartnum, and is mainly, but not exclusively, found in women after childbirth – but trust someone who had anxiety disorders of all sorts for 13 years, anxiety disorders all common to women AND men.

In fact, 1 in 4 people will suffer some form of anxiety disorder in their lifetimes – is that horrible or what?
