Depression Anxiety Medication
How can I cure my depression/anxiety without medication?

It’s moderate, I have panic attacks multiple times a day but they’re never that severe. I’m perfectly capable of smiling when I’m in public but I just feel hopeless at home.

Interact with people. Don’t be manic about it, but don’t spend a lot of time home alone either. Get out there. Take your cues from the people around you. If they aren’t stressed out, there’s no need for you to be either. Focus on what it is that they seem to be enjoying, not what your alone are afraid of.
Don’t be so quick to integrate everything based upon how it affects you. The reality is, you are pretty much anonymous (in a good way). The majority of the world is neither hostile nor supportive of your situation. They are just kind of ambivalent. Use this to your advantage. You control the level of interaction, ask questions, make jokes, offer support and opinions. It’s relaxing and satisfying to be relevant. That’s where the sense of hopelessness is coming from. Nip it in the bud.
