Im a 20 year old man who suffers mild anxiety?

im 20 years old with mild anxiety, but i keep gettin sever chest pains on my left side of my chest. it happens everytime i breath in deep or try to sleep on that side, is this normal?
i also have a pain on my breast plate, were everytime it feels like pressure is building i have to arch my bak to push my chest out and crack my breastplate to relieve some discomfort is this normal aswell?

Cognitive therapy will work nicely with mild anxiety. It is where you use self talk to make yourself feel better. You literately talk yourself out of the anxiety. I used to sell ssri’s so I would not recommend taking any medication. It can be worse than the anxiety.

You chest pain could be caused by many things and the two that come to mind are pinched nerves in your neck and a pulled muscle.
I would recommend you see your primary care doctor and have an ekg done to rule out a heart attack. If you are taking hard drugs that may also cause your anxiety and chest pain.
