I have been experiencing symptoms of dizziness, hair shedding, fatigue, anxiety. What could this be?

My hair is shedding like crazy and lately when I am driving or focusing on something I get dizzy spells and nervousness. It is really scary to me. I feel like I have ZERO energy everyday too. I have a 6 month old that I take care of and it’s exhausting! Help! Any advise would help. I have a Dr. appt next week. My hair is falling out like crazy too.
