No, I get good anxiety attacks… Just kidding!
But really, I do think the coffee messes me up a little sometimes, too.
i’ve only had one bad anxiety attack and hope to never have another one like that again
I am more of a depressive, but I get them on occasion.
There ar many things you can do to help the person relax:
- breathing techniques/exercises - special books about this - a support group - lean to relax properly -seek help, medical help
yes! omg yes!!! i have it to the point where i get sick for days for me coffee helps especially brevets
