Does Anxiety Cause Dizziness
Can an anxiety disorder cause constant dizziness?

I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder sometime ago and I did not want to take any types of meds, just wanted to deal with it naturally. At that time the docs told me that my dizziness was from having tons of panic attacks. Well 6 months without an attack and I am dizzy on a daily basis. Maybe I should define dizziness bc Im not spinning nor is the room, but I cant stand for a long period of time bc it feels like im swaying and my legs are going to collapse beneath me. When I sit I still feel this way, even when I lay. It’s worse when I close my eyes, my eyes make this jerking movement as if I were trying to focus on one spot. I have seen an eye doctor and an Ear nose and throat specialist. No problems there. I just want to know if the fact that I have GAD has anything to do with the “dizziness”

Oh and this is a daily occurrence the only time I don’t feel this way is when im sleeping. :-/

Go to the doctor! You’ve got a serious issue here.
