whats the cause of my chest pain, gas?

A sharp pain like over my heart area like an inch from the middle of my middle chest bone, not extreme pain just one that makes me stop and wonder WTF is this.. I’m only 18, but I have had SVT and got it fixed with cathedor ablation several monthes ago. When the pain comes its just the pain, no other pains just there, and ill get shortness of breath and its anxiety 99% sure it is because my palms sometimes get sweaty too..
Why I think its gas because I do get bad gas and during the usuall times I get gas the pains were there.. this pain started 1 day ago. Its a throbbing, stab kindof pain and is on and off, I burped and it went away on one occasion.. what is it? thanks

I am pretty sure it is gas, sounds exactly like whats being going on with me, so yea.
