Does Anxiety Cause Weight Loss
What causes fast weight loss?

I am 27 years old my weight has always went up and down but I have been losing weight and can’t stop. I have anxiety and I did switch my birth control pills a few months back. I have went from 142-136 in the past 3 months can it be from anxiety. What can I do to get my weight back up using food I have been trying to eat 3500 calories a day but its not going so well. I don’t have the money to go to the doctor.

I have to say that you are lucky, you are doing what many people want, however one of the reasons could be the birth control pills changed, and another reason could be the anxiety. Are you in peace with yourself? Do you have a lot of problems? Problems are a huge cause of loosing weight and it can lead you to cancer too. So you have to work on your inside first. I would recommend to read the book “The Secret” and fix your spirit first. You can also eat a lot of bread, pasta, pizza, etc. however be careful what you wish for.
This book above cost you under $30, and will get you far.
