What causes fast weight loss?

I am 27 years old my weight has always went up and down but I have been losing weight and can’t stop. I have anxiety and I did switch my birth control pills a few months back. I have went from 142-136 in the past 3 months can it be from anxiety. What can I do to get my weight back up using food I have been trying to eat 3500 calories a day but its not going so well. I don’t have the money to go to the doctor.

Are you in peace with yourself? Do you have a lot of problems? Problems are a huge cause of loosing weight and it can lead you to cancer too. So you have to work on your inside first. I would recommend to read the book “The Secret” and fix your spirit first. You can also eat a lot of bread, pasta, pizza, etc. however be careful what you wish for.
