In your own words, what does depression, depersonalization, and anxiety feel like?
In your own words please.
I was curious and looked around, but everyone pretty much said the same thing.

Depression feels like exhaustion. I wanna do stuff, but I’m just so tired.
Anxiety feels like I wanna do stuff but I just can’t. Something could happen. I don’t have enough control over anything to fully enjoy it.
Sorry, I don’t know much about depersonalization.
